WitsEnds Software has teamed up with encoder vendor TIMEC, Inc to produce a revolutionary power encoding system. The new system utilizes wireless teller workstations, ChekScan back end servers and the new T8000 automatic batch encoder to combine power encoding, secure wireless technology, and ChekScan imaging to change the way branch encoding works. The power encoding function is built into special versions of ChekScan. See the specifics of how this Total Banking Environment solution works.

Depending on the needs, the T8000 system can either automatically read checks, determine the check amount and encode physical checks automatically in batches, or the system can be configured without the T8000 encoder hardware to directly encode images with proper amounts as they are scanned, bypassing the paper check completely.

Installation? Nothing is easier to install than a wireless teller keypad - just plug it in! Want to move it? Unplug and carry to new location.

This new approach to power encoding and data collection, combined with remote/distributed capture software, can have fully encoded check images flowing to your central proof area with almost no effort.
