What comes with Payments! and TAXMANager?
The coupon payment processing package includes a check scanner, an image server, software, and custom programming necessary to connect the software to your _self receivable system, if needed. Barcode printing assistance is provided, as well, for producing the payment coupons. Software for backing up images to CD-R is provided, as well as inquiry software that can connect to Reflection, Client Access, Rumba, and others to allow seamless inquiry processing.

How do I back up images?
Payments! and TAXMANager includes backup software that saves images from the image server to CD-ROM for archiving or offsite storage.

How can Payments! or TAXMANager facilitate answering customer inquiries?
Normally, customer inquiries about payments can be answered directly with CHKView, which can find an image by schedule number or by amount. CHKView can be connected by hotkey with Reflection, Client Access, or Rumba to retrieve check image by starting out with a _self inquiry screen.
