Looking for a software solution that allows remote capture of images which are then added as information to a different software program? ChekDirect may be your answer. You can FTP directly to the other software after imaging.

Images can be sent in a variety of formats, depending on the needs of the receiving software. The system is designed to run on Digital Check scanners, as well as Canon CR180 scanners.

ChekDirect provides a front end to another program, for example, accounting or data management, providing images to augment customer information. ChekDirect provides:

• quality images - scans both sides of checks, endorses (with scanners that have that option), reads and stores the MICR line
• export capabilities - automatically sends via FTP to remote location, using file format needed by receiving system; creates PDF files for emailing
• simple databases and retrieval - allows for sorts of database by date range, account number, and check number.

If you find you need more capabilities than ChekDirect provides, such as reports, SQL search, OCR backup reading of MICR, you can move readily into other ChekScan products.
