The ChekScan suite of products provides specialized
components to address different access, storage, retrieval, management,
and distribution needs, as well as varied amounts of checks to
be scanned.
ChekScan Standard. ChekScan Standard simplifies the processing of thousands of checks per day, is easy to learn to use, and can be used for simple microfilm replacement or as a sophisticated imaging and retrieval system. Images can be faxed, printed, and emailed.
ChekScan Pro. ChekScan Pro includes and expands upon the functionality of ChekScan Standard with image format selection, image export with associated database information, ChekAlert (notification of accounts of concern), and batch handling for collecting marketing data.
ChekDirect. ChekDirect provides a simple front end to other software, allowing you to add images remotely to other information.
ChekScan Lite. ChekScan Lite provides simple microfilm replacement, allowing you to scan and index images by date, account number, and check number.
ChekScan Workgroup. ChekScan Workgroup provides distributed scanning without the complexity of SQL servers and image transfers, by loosely linking workstations to share database information using a central master database. Workgroup supports distributed check capture and remote deposit, using a specialized version of ChekScan.
ChekScan Enterprise. ChekScan Enterprise solves the problem of branch scanning, centralized image storage and management, and network access and retrieval. Enterprise allows remote administration and support by IT help personnel, and includes a free remote image viewer.
TEKScan. TEKScan provides a subset of ChekScan features. TEKScan is a powerful, affordable check scanning system designed for applications where the volume of checks per day is moderate (100-400 or so) yet detail requirements are high.
Check scanners. You have choices. One- or two-sided scanning. Manual feed or batch scanning. Endorsements or not. Digital Check or Magtek. And Canon, too.
TBE power encoding. Total Banking Environment (TBE) software lets you power encode the amount on the check image, and ensures accuracy in machine encoding.
ACHLink. ACHLink provides the ability to link a check scanner through check imaging software to the ACH network. All ChekScan programs can feed into ACHLink for export into ACH-processing software.
